Quienes somos
CCIES is Spain's leading business organization for the concession sector. Cross-sectoral in nature, it represents the main companies dedicated to the management of infrastructure, equipment and public services through concession-based and public-private partnership models.
Its mission is to promote the concession model and public-private partnership as strategic instruments for developing sustainable infrastructure, improving the quality of public services, promoting investment and generating value for society, fostering stable, efficient and transparent collaboration between Public Administrations and the private sector.

The European Commission plans to present its proposal to reform the 2014 Public Procurement Directives on September 9, 2026, with the aim of simplifying procedures, strengthening the EU's economic sovereignty, and incorporating environmental, social, and innovation criteria. In response to this reform, CCIES and the ECP are working together to defend the strategic role of the concession model within the new European framework.
