What is CCIES?
CCIES
We are a national association that brings together private concessionaire companies dedicated to the management of infrastructure, equipment and public services.
CCIES is the leading business organization of the concession sector in Spain. Cross-sectoral in nature, it represents the main companies dedicated to the management of infrastructure, equipment and public services through concession-based and public-private partnership models.
Its mission is to promote the concession model and public-private partnership as strategic instruments for developing sustainable infrastructure, improving the quality of public services, promoting investment and generating value for society, fostering a stable, efficient and transparent collaboration between Public Administrations and the private sector.
How we act
Governing bodies
CCIES structures its activity through a permanent framework of governance, representation and knowledge.
The General Assembly and the Board of Directors set the Chamber's strategy, while specialized Committees, Working Groups and collaboration with renowned experts develop the studies, reports and proposals that underpin the organization's institutional action.
This working model integrates the experience of associated companies and provides a cross-sectoral, rigorous and independent view of the concession model and public-private partnership.
Mission and Functions

The association also contributes to the analysis of legislative frameworks, participating in regulatory change processes and promoting the update of outdated regulations that may hinder the development of concessions and public-private partnership projects.
