2. Purpose of processing
Personal data provided through the Website’s forms (contact, membership, newsletter, etc.) will be processed by CCIES for the following purposes:
- To attend to and respond to your queries or requests for information.
- To manage membership applications to the Chamber.
- To send informative communications or newsletters, where the user has expressly requested them.
- To manage the relationship with CCIES members.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by completing and submitting the forms available on the Website, as well as, where applicable, the performance of the membership relationship with CCIES.

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
5. Recipients
Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required, and no international data transfers will be made, except those arising from the use of technology providers (hosting, communication tools) operating under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
