The European Commission presents its legislative proposal to reform the Public Procurement Directives in 2024.

The European Commission plans to present its proposal to reform the 2014 Public Procurement Directives on September 9, 2026, with the aim of simplifying procedures, strengthening the EU's economic sovereignty, and incorporating environmental, social, and innovation criteria. In response to this reform, CCIES and the ECP are working together to defend the strategic role of the concession model within the new European framework.
